"STELLAR" is a clinical data integration management system that has been expanded from traditional standalone systems for each department, integrating the systems of various departments. It receives various clinical data and document data from medical billing systems and electronic medical records, and stores DICOM images from the radiology department in the original PACS system/Nazca. Additionally, various examination data from other physiological departments can also be registered in the system. By displaying all of this data for each patient on a single screen in chronological order, it becomes possible to understand the relative relationships of examinations across departments.
